New EPA Form for Pesticides and Devices Available

USTR Extends Section 301 Exclusions on COVID-19 Products

Tariffs Suspended on Ukrainian Steel for One Year

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced the U.S. will be temporarily suspending Section 232 tariffs on Ukrainian steel for one year. Section 232 tariffs were placed on certain steel products originating in all countries with some exceptions.
