COVID-Related Medical Product Exclusions Extended Until May 15th

By In Section 301 China Tariffs, USA Trade Alerts On 7th February 2023


The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) extended 81 COVID-related Section 301 China exclusions from expiring on February 28, 2023.

 

May 15, 2023, is the new expiration date for exclusions claimed under HTS 9903.88.66.

 

The 75-day extension allows the USTR time to consider whether the exclusions should be renewed past May 15

 

Interested parties may comment on the further extension on the USTR Comments Portal between February 6 and March 7.
