Section 301 Extended Exclusions Update – 9903.88.67

By NNR USA In Section 301 China Tariffs, USA Trade Alerts On 7th April 2022

U.S. Customs & Border Protection announced the programming for the Section 301 China Extended Exclusions associated with HTS code 9903.88.67 will be in place on April 12^th.

Importers can begin to utilize the HTS code for new imports and seek refunds for imports dating back to October 12^th, 2021.
Product exclusions are available for any product that meets the description in the product exclusion.

Please refer to our trade alert for more information, including tariff numbers associated with the HTS 9903.88.67.
