Effective January 27th, 2022, the tariff numbers impacted by the Section 201 solar trade remedy are being updated to reflect tariff modifications made to the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule to maintain the duty treatment of the trade remedy.

• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(c)(i) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8541.40.60” and inserting “8541.42.00,” and deleting “8541.40.6025” and inserting “8541.42.0010” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(f) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8541.40.60” and inserting “8541.42.00” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(g) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8541.40.60” and inserting “8541.43.00” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(g) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8541.40.6015” and inserting “8541.43.0010” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(g) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8501.61.00” and inserting “8501.80.10” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(g) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8501.31.80” and inserting “8501.71.00 or 8501.72.10” in lieu thereof.
• Per Annex II, U.S. note 18(h) to subchapter III of chapter 99 is modified by deleting “8541.40.60” and inserting “8541.43.00” in lieu thereof.
