301 China COVID Exclusions Extended – 9903.88.66

Eighty-one COVID medical-care product exclusions now expire on February 28, 2023.

 

On November 23, 2022, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) extended eighty-one Section 301 China product exclusions for medical-care products used during the COVID pandemic.

The exclusions will be valid for an additional three months through February 28, 2023

The exclusions were initially scheduled to expire on November 30, 2022.

Section 301 product exclusions exempt certain products from Section 301 China tariffs.
