The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a new EPA form 3540-1: Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices. Importers must use the new form beginning June 18th, 2022.

The new form provides clarity on some data elements and the instructions. There are no new data elements.

Expired forms presented to EPA will be returned to the importer or their representative.

The Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices is required to import pesticides and devices into the United States.
