On July 13th, several U.S. agencies issued a Business Advisory on Risks and Considerations for Businesses and Individuals with Exposure to Entities Engaged in Forced Labor and other Human Rights Abuses linked to Xinjiang, China.

The Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) has been the focus of U.S. Customs Withhold Release Orders and entity additions to the U.S. Department of Commerce Entity List, among other governmental actions. 

It is recommended that entities importing into the United States with supply chains related to the XUAR, review the advisory.
