Lacey Act Declaration Required for Phase Six Products on October 1

On July 1st, USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency (APHIS) published the effective date for Lacey Act Phase VI products.
Enforcement begins October 1st, 2021.
What's required? Importers will need to make an additional import declaration on PPQ Form 505 if they import Phase VI products.
