APHIS eFile Now Available for Plants and Products Not for Propagation or Planting

Beginning on June 25, 2021, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) APHIS eFile can be used to apply for permits for plant and plant products that are not for propagation or planting.
Key points
- You can now apply for permits to import seeds, nuts, grains, handicrafts, hay, straw, fiber, cotton and cotton products, and herbals, teas, extracts, and oils.
- Permit requests can include multiple countries per application.
- Get your permits the same day you apply.
