An ACE Portal Account can provide many benefits to Importers including access to valuable import data and the ability to receive electronic refunds.

How to Apply for an ACE Portal Account

• Importers can apply for an ACE Portal account at ace.cbp.gov

Benefits for Importers

The ACE Portal offers a centralized online access point to U.S. Customs, allowing importers to: 

1. Receive, respond to, and monitor U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Forms 28 – Request for Information, 29 – Notice of Action, and 4647 – Notice to Mark and/or Redeliver, 
2. Access antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) case management and message information database, 
3. Identify and evaluate compliance issues, 
4. Set up payment options, 
5. Create blanket declarations for entry summary processing, 
6. Access reports to compile data and perform national trend analysis.

Tip for New Account Enrollment

Ensure the Point of Contact (POC) on the 5106 record is current and accurate. A verification code will be sent to the POC of record. Your customs broker can confirm and/or update the email address if needed.
