U.S. - Ecuador Agreement Signed

On March 13, 2026, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer and Ecuador’s Minister of Production, Foreign Trade, and Investment Luis Alberto Jaramillo signed the U.S. – Ecuador Agreement on Reciprocal Trade.

The Agreement shall enter into force 30 days after the date on which the Parties have notified each other in writing of the completion of their respective applicable legal procedures, or on such other date as the Parties may decide.

  • Schedule 1: Tariffs Ecuador will reduce or eliminate on U.S. goods.
  • Schedule 2: Tariffs the U.S. will reduce or eliminate on Ecuadorian goods
