• Aerospace: Tariffs on UK aerospace products, including aircraft engines and parts, will be completely removed. This boosts the competitiveness of British aerospace manufacturers, supporting innovation and safeguarding thousands of skilled jobs.

• Pharmaceuticals: Both countries remain committed to securing preferential outcomes for the UK pharmaceutical industry, protecting it from further tariffs related to ongoing trade investigations.

• Automotive: UK car manufacturers will benefit from a reduced 10% tariff quota to export vehicles to the US, down from 27.5%. This tariff reduction is expected to save the sector hundreds of millions annually and protect tens of thousands of jobs.
