The notice details the tariff classification numbers subject to the 25% duty rate effective March 12, 2025. It also includes a short list of derivatives, not in Chapter 73, that will be implemented at a later date.
When products are entered for consumption (customs entry), or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 am EST on March 12, 2025.
