New 35% Duty Rate on Certain Products of Russia

On June 27, 2022, U.S. President Biden announced an increase in column 2 duties on certain products made in Russia.

A duty rate of 35% ad valorem will be applied to 573 8-digit subheadings beginning July 27, 2022, using the additional HTS number 9903.90.08.

A list of subheadings is on page 6 of Federal Register Document No: 2022-14145
