Section 301 Conforming and Technical Amendments Issued

On October 14, 2022, the U.S. Trade Representative issued two notices, 87 FR 62485 and 87 FR 62486 detailing conforming and technical amendments to Section 301 China exclusions. The amendments reflect two changes made to exclusion descriptions (Exclusion 50, 51) and updates made to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
