USTR Extends Section 301 Exclusions on COVID-19 Products

The U.S. Trade Representative is extending the exclusions for Section 301 China tariffs for goods used to treat COVID-19.
The 81 product exclusions, set to expire May 31st, will be extended to November 30, 2022.
The exclusions are claimed using Harmonized Tariff Schedule number 9903.88.66.
