As a result of the new Executive Order Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation, parties have been added to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons(SDN).

Treasury's FAQ 886 explains the implications, "all property and interests in property of persons designated pursuant to this E.O. that are or come within the United States or the
possession or control of U.S. persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. Additionally, any entities 50 percent
or more owned, directly or indirectly, by one or more blocked persons are also blocked. "
