Through a slim structure and a well mapped communication path, our Account Management team has complete visibility of all client matters at all times. NNR Account Managers are always closely supported and empowered by NNR HQ corporate sponsors.
Regular reporting of our performance is a key part of our Account Management process and success. Our reporting tools allow measurement against a range of different pre-agreed parameters. Weekly conference calls, monthly meetings and a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) all come as standard.
