NNR Global Logistics (Indonesia) held an employee training trip to the summer resort of Bandung, approximately 150 kilometers away from Jakarta. The first participation was for 42 members of staff.
The trip didn’t start well, with battery problems for the tourist bus that lead to a delayed departure of around 3 hours. Once on the move, the weather wasn’t great either, as it rained through the morning of the the trip. But neither element could dampen the enthusiasm of the team! Nobody complained and the trip was full of smiles from beginning to end. The team completed the team building activities, designed to foster and continue with the great team unity through games and various tasks, before building a camp fire to make the day even more memorable for the never-ending laughter.
Ricky Matsuo, Managing Director, said;
“We will continue to provide services that bring pleasure to our customers and partners in each Country with the teamwork nurtured in this training camp as our secret weapon“
Not so secret now, Matsuo san! Congratulations to everyone!
